I've used the drill a couple of times. Works fine. No problems but too early to say anything about reliability. Comes with spare grease to pack the gearbox after a set number of hours of use and spare brushes for the motor. Providing spares like this is the old-school approach to building tools which is quaint but OK.
Main point of this review is to convey the astounding difference in performance between a standard drill on hammer setting and a rotary hammer drill like this. With a normal drill on hammer setting and a 3/16" masonry bit it takes about 3 minutes of drilling (pressing as hard as possible) to get an inch-deep hole in a granite block. And you need to spray water into the hole as you're drilling to cool the bit and stop the shank softening and the carbide tip falling out.
