Going to buy another one
Bought two of them about 9 months ago because of the longer operating time with the 24 volt battery. They have worked very well though the chuck needs a hard twist to keep drill bits from spinning with too much torque.
I recently dropped mine from about 4 feet at a bad angle and the battery pack shattered and I can't buy another battery apparently. SO i will replace the entire unit and use the body of the first one for another backup.
Don't know why the other guy had a problem with the battery since mine have each worked very well and hold a charge for much longer than any other cordless I've ever used.
