Unbelievably Disappointed
This drill seemed like a good idea, and the other reviews were great. The drill I received broke the first day. The chuck-locking button doesn't hold the shaft in place at all. This happened when putting in the very first drill bit so in order to put in a bit I have to hold the shaft with needle-nose pliers and spin the chuck tight. I think the chuck lock button was a terrible idea to begin with but even worse when they must have manufactured it out of the cheapest material they could find. I never even got to use the drill in its properly functioning state and therefore I give the drill less than average stars. The reason I am going as low as 1 star, is because trying to get a hold of the company for a warranty claim has proved not possible! I have called several times the number on their website and never reach anyone. Then I decide I will send an email through their site and wait for a response... I have never seen so many 404 Page not found or "We're sorry an error has occurred"...
