Disappointed in Skil Quality
Expected Skil, being part of Bosch, would deliver solid quality consumer-duty power tools -- however this drill was a disappointment -- arrived with loose part rattling about inside around the electric motor, and the red plastic case had minor scuffs and black marks (possibly from the cord) reflective I think of poor manufacturing quality (box came factory sealed).

Too bad... the weight and balance of this drill really would have made it great for general purpose use around the house, particularly as a corded power screwdriver with enough amps (and no battery-life limits) to do things like assemble furniture and put up shelving -- plus the price seems reasonable and it comes with a heavy nylon carry bag. FYI, regarding color, the picture is not really reflective of the color -- kind of an unusual shade of red -- more like a very dark burnt orange-tinged red.

You may have better luck and get a defect-free item, but I'm going to spend an extra $12, take the hit on...
