Milwaukee 12-Volt Propex Expansion Tool
When it arrived, I was more excited than a small child receiving Santa's gifts. Could wait to try it out. I was so bummed when I couldn't find any old Pex pipe laying around my house to try it out with. Next day I went to the jobsite and put it to its test. Wow, couldn't believe I went this long with the manual tool! The tool seems to be built very strong. I would suggest buying the larger 12-volt battery to use with it. Even on 1/2 in piping, the battery life seemed short with the reg-size battery.
I was bummed though to find out my existing Upnor heads did not auto-rotate as shown in the video. You must buy the expansion heads from Milwaukee for this option to work. Looking forward to putting this tool to the test this week.
