Great Combo Kit
This combo kit is the best M12 deal going out there. At less than about eighty bucks more than for the hammer drill kit alone, you're getting the impact driver and multi-tool for less than forty bucks a piece. That's a steal. When it arrived, I was more excited than a small child receiving Santa's gifts. Could wait to try it out. I was so bummed when I couldn't find any old Pex pipe laying around my house to try it out with. Next day I went to the jobsite and put it to its test. Wow, couldn't believe I went this long with the manual tool! The tool seems to be built very strong. I would suggest buying the larger 12-volt battery to use with it. Even on 1/2 in piping, the battery life seemed short with the reg-size battery.
I was bummed though to find out my existing Upnor heads did not auto-rotate as shown in the video. You must buy the expansion heads from Milwaukee for this option to work. Looking forward to putting this tool to the test this week.

I have purchased these tools individually over the past two years, and this is a great price! The drill/driver and impact driver are powerful for their size, and adequate for most general wood-working. The small circular saw will cut through 3/4 material, but really shines for cutting paneling and thin plywood. The flashlight has become my favorite flashlight ever, and I am really into flashlights. I've used this impact screwdriver for a year and a half daily. So it's tough enough. It drives big screws like butter. Amazing! It drives Phillips as nicely as Robertson without stripping, also amazing. It is very short, so it easily fits between joists. The NiMh batteries are better than NiCd: they carry more power for their weight, are less finicky about charging technique, stay charged longer when unused, and charge rapidly.

cons: Bits always get stuck in the hex chuck, requiring Visegrips to get them out. But I generally use a guide sleeve. Phillips bits sometimes shatter. Robertson bits sometimes jump out of the screwhead since virtually no force is needed to drive the screw. It is single-speed, so you have to be careful as the head sinks into the wood or sheetrock. Also, it's very very loud, requiring hearing protection.

Vast Improvement, Very Happy With It
This compact drill is very well made and a big improvement in its class. The increase in power (which is noticeable when you fire it up), with the compact size is very very nice! (its about the size of the original Bosch PS20-2A). I dont regret the purchase at all. Its very well balanced, the new batteries are more powerful (even noticeably so for my original PS20, which is a nice plus; too bad they dont have an XC battery pack similar to milwaukee for the extra runtime). Here are my pros and cons:

This is one tough little hammer drill. Came with 2 RED Lithium batteries and they do fine. I drill alot of 3/16" for tapcons overhead up in the rafters (comercial Electrician) This drill has the power combined with the size to get anywhere I've needed to get to. I've got an XC battery that I use alot but it adds to the size of the drill. The Red Lithiums have the power to get the job done and don't add to the size. The drill took a spill off a ten foot ladder but I picked it up and kept on going. I've drilled 1/4" holes through 1/8th inch metal plate and it did just fine. over all a great little drill if you keep it's size and power in mind
